Returns & Exchanges Policy – SHOESIFY

At SHOESIFY, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and flexible return & exchange process.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed footwear

  • Items with original tags and packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

Please include a copy of your invoice and clearly mention the reason for returning or exchanging the item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers must send returns using a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, M&P, Leopards).

  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Refund Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Complete the Return Form

Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include it in your return package.
If you don’t have the form, we can provide a digital version on request.

2. Repack the Merchandise

Place the item(s) you wish to return, along with the completed Return Form, inside the package securely.

3. Ship Your Package

Send your return package using any traceable courier service to the address mentioned above.
